For two years Precious Pearl provided around the clock care for my mother, which allowed her to stay in her own home. We were very happy with the services and help we received from Precious Pearls. The two primary aides, June and Marcia were wonderful people who provided great care and attention to our very elderly mother. They were kind, smart, thorough, reliable and professional. Aldon, the owner and manager of Precious Pearls was also someone who was very communicative and responsive to our requests and needs for our mother. He responded to any questions or concerns we had and was deeply caring and professional in his business. He and his staff took Covid seriously and followed through with CDC requirements.

What a relief to find an agency such as this. Aldon Magliore, the Administrator, personally oversaw the care provided to my aunt. He was always available. I sometimes wondered if he ever took a day off. When other agencies could not provide my aunt proper care, Aldon and his team of aides came to the rescue. This guys are the best of the best in the business, the working environment is really amazing as they work as a real team placing all the customers needs first and making them feel loved and cared. An Aldon, the Manager, is pending of every detail so nothing can escape from been perfect.
